Some iFS Highlight from June

June flew by rather quickly, before I even had the chance to document all my dishes (or sandwiches). These are just a few items I made in June and came out great in the photos.

Pictures in order:
1. Italian BLT: Prosciutto, Radicchio, and Tomatoes, with homemade aioli.
2. Rib eye with Brussels sprouts, peas, and turnips.
3. Chicken drumsticks with cherry sauce, mashed potatoes, and sauteed greens.

I need to be more discipline about taking pictures and keeping track of the dishes I have made.

These are fab!
If you had a purpose or reason to photograph these treats, it might be easier to motivate yourself, such as, if you were gathering the photos for a coffee table/cookbook, or for a chef's/artist's portfolio so that others could see your work and could pick and choose thelr selections for wall art, or for lunch and dinner.
